    1)Charles James Conway Mills of Eaton Place [Middlesex], esquire and Frederick Manning Needham of Chiswell Street [Middlesex], esquire; 2)Person or persons in whom the ancient churchyard of Southill is now vested Reciting trust deed of 4 Sep 1867 by which (1) were made trustees for Samuel Charles Whitbread of Southill Park. Conveyance by (1) and Samuel Charles Whitbread to (2) under\the Consecration of Churchyards Act 1867, of all those two pieces of land delineated on the plan drawn in the margin of the deed, total 2 roods: (I) coloured pink (20 poles) south of the drive to the church; (II) coloured blue (1 rood 20 poles) the drive Subject to right of way for all purposes over (I) for the owner and occupier of the Southill Estate Attached: copy petition of the vicar, churchwardens and inhabitants of Southill to the Bishop of Ely for the consecration of the ground as an additional churchyard-undated.
