Reciting:
- (i) had for some time past carried on a school at The Knoll in partnership which was dissolved by mutual consent by mutual agreement of 31 May 1929, Zair purchasing Hort's half share;
- deed of partnership of 1 Nov 1929 between (ii) in which King bought 2/5ths of a share in the school;
- (i) were seised of (a) as tenants in common and (b)-(d) as joint tenants;
- Law of Property Act 1925 vested (a)-(d) in (i) as joint tenants upon trust for sale
