Premises to be used as a school for the education of children and adults or children only of the labouring manufacturing and other poorer classes in said hamlet only, under the following conditions:
1) The school to be open to inspection and conducted in accordance with the principles of the National Society.
The incumbent of Luton to superintend religious and moral instruction
2) The school may be used as a Sunday School
3) All other management of the school to be by a committee consisting of the incumbent or his curate and John Shaw Leigh, John Sambrook Crawley of Stockwood, Esq, and John Morris Ashforth of Stopsley, farmer, and such other persons as shall contribute at least £1 a year to said school, are members of the Church of England and have an interest in property in said parish or are resident there.
4) Provision for election of new trustees.
5) No master or mistress of the school to be appointed who is not a member of the Church of England.
6) Rules for conduct of committee business
7) the Bishop to adjudicate in any dispute between the incumbent and the committee as to prayers used in school
8) any other differences to be resolved by appeal to the president of the Privy Council and the Bishop
9) provisions for dismissal of teachers
