Operative Part:
- (i) leased the right to build and maintain a brick drain through Smiths Close on the N side of Mill Lane, Woburn beginning from a ditch on the S side of the close to another ditch lying on the N [as shown in an included plan] to (ii) for 5/- plus [the ditch flowing into Drakelow Pond]; rent a haunch of buck venison to be paid between 1 and 31 Aug each year
