(b) house fronting N towards Market House and adjoining E on (a) in occupation of Thomas Burbidge, let at £10 per annum and known as Coach & Horses
(a)-(b) were copyhold of the Manor of Woburn Abbotts until enfranchised on 8 Apr 1734 to Mary Elphick (sister of (i))
