The subjects concern rights of getting sand and stone from the Heath; payments to the Hayward; whether land has been enclosed for more than 20 years (enclosure for 20 years without contradiction is assumed to mean old enclosure). There is mention of a school at Little Brickhill; sheep, cows, donkeys, geese, ducks and horses on the Heath; poor labouring men digging stone to be sold; the age of houses: Col. Hanmer's Claim.
