John Theophilus Wilkinson, curate in charge Francis Pym of Radwell, Herts., Lord of the Manor The above being the Managers of Little Staughton National School 2) The School Board for the District of Little Staughton Reciting deed of 18 March 1846, which contains no provision for the alienation of the school premises Whereas 1) have agreed to lease premises to 2), and agreement to lease had been approved by the subscribers at a meeting on 24 October 1873, and approval had been granted by the Education Department on 11 December 1873 NOW 1) lease premises to 2) for 21 years from 1 January 1874 - premises as in P66/25/3 above Annual nominal rent, 5s.
