- 5a. of arable in the common fields of Stopsley, being 2a. in Warden Hill Field bounded S by land of Richard Edridge and N by land of Morris, and abutting at one end on Hexton Highway; 3r. in the same field bounded NE by lands of Piggott and SW by lands of Morris; a headland (3r.) in the same field bounded on the NE by lands of Edridge; 3r. in Nails Hill Field bounded N by lands of John Sowerby, on S by lands of Morris, and abutting on Hexton Highway; 3 r. in the same field lying under the Lince, bounded W by the road to Nails Hill and E by land of Morris called Lince Piece
TO Chase:
- 5a. in the common fields of Luton, being two pieces of land (1a.3r.) in Barn Lane Field, Stopsley, bounded N by land of Chase called Goose Acre and by the highway from Stopsley to the Bedford Road, and S by land of William Cox; 1a.1r. in the same field heretofore of John Sowerby and exchanged with Morris and bounded E by the road from Luton to Bedford and lands of Chase on both sides; 2r. in Nails Hill Field with lands of Chase on both sides, abutting on Hexton Highway; 2r. in the same field, abuttals as above; 1a. in the same field bounded S by land of Chase and N by land of Morris
