1) transfers 24 £5 Class "E" shares of Harpenden Water Company Limited to 2) for charitable purposes. Shares to be transferred upon trust and the dividends used towards:
a) towards annual Christmas dinners for twelve old people selected by 2) provided they are members of the church, and
b) towards a larger number of people if desired by 2).
Fund to be called `The Edward Anthony Cumberland Old People's Christmas Dinner Fund' in memory of Mr. E. Cumberland, husband and father to 1) and in the memory of Mary Cumberland, mother of the same Mr. E. Cumberland.
