to son Samuel Simonds and bro-in-law James Read, all hereditaments

credits etc. to hold on trust to sell, and with the money
provide an annuity for wife, and divide surplus equally between
his four sons and daughters, Samuel and James Simonds, and
Mary Swinstead and Charlotte Simonds.

codicil: directing that advances to children be taken as part of their
share in division of property. Samuel has had £161. 17s. 0d;
James £404; dau. Mary £64.
