All deeds EBE 10/1-8 were handed over upon completion of sale, January 1997 Comprising 6 acres [see copy plan retained] and bounded on the south in part by Cowper Road and Sidney Road and in part by other land recently belonging to the vendor but now to the Bedford Physical Training College Ltd, south west by the LMSR Co Line, north west by land of the CEB, north by land of the Corporation and on the remaining sides by land now or late of the vendor. Includes (stapled in) note that by an agreement of 29 July 1994, land forming part of that conveyed above was transferred to the Bedford College of Higher Education.
