Supplemental Abstract of the title of George Young to land forming part of the Beckett Building Estate. Abstracting (inter alia) Conveyance dated 18 April 1935 from the parties to EBE10/3 (III) to George Young for £2600 of a parcel of freehold land forming part of the Beckett Building Estate and containing 11 acres [see copy plan retained] being part of the land as in EBE10/3 (I) subject to existing rights of the Central Electricity Board [relating to an underground electric cable according to a note in the margin].
