    John Byng Esq., Lord of the Manor Francis Wingfield, gent., steward Surrender by John Pedley of - all those two undivided third parts of premises last mentioned (sic, but to what this refers is not apparent), and all title etc., to uses as follows: One undivided third part to William Hankin of Potton, plumber and glazier, and the other third part to Elizabeth, wife of Peter Matthews of Friday Street, London, sugar refiner. Admission of William Hankin to undivided third parts of: ½a. of meadow in Meadow End, Potton, next Sutton, abutting :?. upon the meadow late of Alexander Atkinson, dec. :E. Meadow late of Richard Lee Which premises were late the lands of Henry Wallis and Mary his wife. - also ½a. meadow late the lands of Alexander Atkinson the elder, father of Alexander Atkinson - and 7a. of arable land in Potton, next to Butler's Willows.
