    'George the third by the Grace of God of the united Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland King Defender of the faith To the Sheriff of Bedfordshire greeting We command you that you omit not by reason of any liberty in your Bailiwick but that you enter therein and cause to come before our justices at the next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for your County Twelve good and lawful men of your Bailiwick of the neighborhood of the parish of Pavenham in your said County each of whom to have ten pounds by the year at least of lands and tenements or rents and who have no affinity to Thomas Harrison late of the parish of Pavenham aforesaid labourer Thomas How late of the same labourer and Samuel Hulett late of the same labourer to recognize upon their oath whether the said Thomas Harrison Thomas How and Samuel Hulett be guilty of a certain misdemeanor whereof they stand indicted or not Because as well Thead Pearse Esquire Clerk of the Peace for your said County who for us in this behalf doth prosecute as also the said Thomas Harrison Thomas How and Samuel Hulett have put themselves upon that jury and have you then there the names of the said jurors and this writ witness the Right Honourable John Earl of Upper Ossory at Bedford the twenty fourth day of april in the fifty first year of our reign.' Endorsed 'The execution of this writ appears in a certain schedule hereto annexed. The anser by Joseph Howell Esq Sheriff' The jury list for the case appears to be QSR1811/58, which includes Thomas Harrison of Pavenham.
