Operative part: - Conveyance by (1), acting as Mortgagees in exercise of the power to sell conferred by the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act 1881, to (2), for £7337, of a parcel of land on the East side of Elstow Rd. in St. Mary's parish containing 22a. 2r. 12p. discharged from all principal and interest under the recited deeds. - Includes covenant to protect (1)'s interest in the value of its adjoining property as a building estate; acknowledgement to produce deeds beginning with a Deed of 8 Nov 1888 (JTF, Edward James Phillips and John Throssle (1) and James Bird MacKnight (2)); detailed plan of the site; and (stapled in) sundry plans of the site, memorandum of land in title subject to Hire Purchase Agreements (viz. 18 Kelvin Avenue). - The deed is endorsed with memoranda of 4 sales of parts, 1935-1988.
