    Recitals: - Mortgage dated 22 Aug 1907 from David John Howard Cunnick to National Provincial Bank of England Ltd., of the land below (inter alia) subject to a proviso that if Sir Joseph Thomas Firbank should on demand pay into the bank monies therein mentioned, the Bank would convey the land and premises to Sir JTF as he should direct. - Conveyance by Appointment dated 19 Apr 1909 from Sir JTF to (1) of the land below (inter alia) subject to the above Mortgage. - Transfer of the Mortgage dated 7 Jul 1909 vesting it in (1). Operative part: - Conveyance by (1), acting as Mortgagees in exercise of the power to sell conferred by the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act 1881, to (2), for £7337, of a parcel of land on the East side of Elstow Rd. in St. Mary's parish containing 22a. 2r. 12p. discharged from all principal and interest under the recited deeds. - Includes covenant to protect (1)'s interest in the value of its adjoining property as a building estate; acknowledgement to produce deeds beginning with a Deed of 8 Nov 1888 (JTF, Edward James Phillips and John Throssle (1) and James Bird MacKnight (2)); detailed plan of the site; and (stapled in) sundry plans of the site, memorandum of land in title subject to Hire Purchase Agreements (viz. 18 Kelvin Avenue). - The deed is endorsed with memoranda of 4 sales of parts, 1935-1988.
