Draft of will of Valentine Leach of Billington, Leighton Buzzard, yeo.
to neph. Thos. Leach son of his bro. Thos., freehold estate in
Edlesborough, Bucks., which testator purchased of his brother
Richard Leach;
to wife Mary Leach, household goods which were hers before marriage,
together with table and bedstead which belonged to their late
daughter Hannah Leach, also £100, the right to live in part of
the testator's house in Billington, i.e. in the hall and the
room over it where they usually sleep and to have the use of
washhouse and yard, or £40 p.a. in lieu, and also an annuity
of £40;
residue of estate to his three brothers Richard, Thomas and James
Leach and to his sister Elizabeth Leach.
