1) Henry Wallis of Potton, yeoman, and Mary his wife 2) Richard Lee of Potton, gent., and Henry Rainsford of London, gent. 3) Thomas Magoone of Biggleswade, cordwainer For barring all estates tail and remainders etc., it is agreed between parties that 1) shall before the end of Michaelmas term next, by Bargain and Sale to be inrolled in the High Court of Chancery, grant to 2) - All those 5 messuages, 80 acres of arable land, 10 acres of meadow, 6 acres of pasture, with appurts. in Potton To intent that 2) may be made perfect tenants of the Freehold etc. to the use of 1) for ever Endorsed: "On searching the Offices, it was found that this recovery was suffered by Henry Wallis in Michaelmas term 1695 and was of ...
