    1) Thomas John Burgoyne of Stratford Place, Marylebone, Middx. Esq. 2) Montagu Burgoyne of Sutton Esq., Thomas Burgoyne and John Charles Burgoyne. both of Stratford Place, gents., the Rev. Richard Whittingham, Vicar of Potton, John Keal of Potton, surgeon, and George Youd of Potton, woolstapler, the Rev. Joseph Morris, Vicar of Feltham, Middx., and Joseph Toussaint of Feltham, gent. Conveyance by 1) to 2) for establishing charitable trusts, of - property as above. To hold to 2) with power to exchange premises for lands of greater annual value to be held on the same trusts if they should think it beneficial. Trustees to be eight in number and to include the Vicars of Potton and Feltham, new trust deeds etc. to be drawn up when necessary. Trustees to have power to lease land and building for terms not exceeding 14 years for the best rent that can be obtained, or to grant on building lease for up to 99 years. After deduction of costs of administering property and executing trusts, the rents to be divided in two parts on Christmas Day, one moiety to be applied to teaching poor children of Potton to read and write (this moiety to be considered and taken as an addition to the fund created many years ago for the same purposes by Dame Constance Burgoyne), and the other moiety to be applied for teaching poor children of the parish of Feltham consistent with the regulations for Dame Constance Burgoyne's Potton Charity Trustees to be the only visitors of the Charity, and to have full power and authority to select and provide a salary for the teachers and to provide books and paper for the poor children, and to regulate the times and ages for admission of poor children as scholars and to dismiss any of them for any cause they may deem reasonable.
