Title
Proposals for dividing Medical attendance of the Poor between Mr. Franklyn and Mr. Verrall, each taking a half year in turn No person to apply to the surgeon or apothecary without a note from the Churchwardens or Overseers. Attendance, Medicine and Physic for one year to cost £12 12s. Od., "The Small Pox if it sd. Happen to be Excluded". Midwifery at £1 1s. each, and amputations and bone setting to be paid for in the common way. If one Surgeon is out of Town, the other will attend.
