Aged about 30. Born at Ridgmont. When aged 10 he was bound by parish officers as a parish apprentice to Henry Barlow of Woburn, tailor. Served 7 years. Barlow was certificated to Woburn from Great Brickhill, Bucks., but during Boon's apprenticeship Barlow purchased two houses in Back Lane, Woburn, which he owned about two years before the expiration of the term.
