Recites that chancel and other portions of old church were taken down and materials used in new, old church being retained as mortuary chapel. Recites that no faculty authorising alterations to old church can be found and that Geo. Evans of her Majesty's Customs, one of executors of John Mendham, and Gustavus Bosanquest have petitioned for a faculty.
