lease and release George Bigge of St Albans and Thomas Bunnion of Caddington, yeoman and Mary his wife for £40 8s - all that close of arable land comonly called Pipers Close containing by estimation 5 acres abutting northward way leading from Chaulend to Souches, West William Thebridge and East Wm Pedder.

lease and release George Bigge and William Bridgeman of Luton, yeoman for £12 7 s - all those three peices of arable land lying in field of Caddington called Northfield containing by estimation 1 ac and 3 r.

Feofment Judith Birt of Caddington, spinster, Richard Bigg of Wanden end, Kings Walden and George Halsey of Markett Street, yeoman to Daniel Gosbell of Popsall end in Flamsted, yeoman. £49 to Judith Birt and 10 shillings to Danield Gosbell - all that close called Pipers Close.

And also that close of arable land called Lonmans Croft in the parish of Caddington containing by estimation 2 acres, and 3 pieces of arable land lying in a common field.
