- 'Church Schools and 'The New Prospect in Education' by Rev R Parkes, reprinted from the St Albans Quarterly for Oct 1928. - A statement of Diocesan policy on the proposed reorganisation of elementary schools, 6 March 1929. - Letter from Bedfordshire Education Committee, 8 Oct 1929 to managers of elementary schools explaining their response to the Hadow Report and giving schedule for the proposed centre based on Goldington. 8 Oct 1929 - Letter from Bedfordshire County Council Education Committee regarding managers' meetings and the minute book. 13 Oct 1929. - Letter from St Albans Diocese asking managers not to accept LEA's proposals until they hear from the Diocese again. 4 Nov 1929. - Letter from R Parkes of St Albans Diocese to Mr Breed explaining the difficulty of forming a senior school at Renhold and therefore recommending that managers 'fall in with the scheme propounded by the Local Education Authority' once a satisfactory conclusion to the conversations about the syllabus of religious instruction has been reached. 6 Nov 1929. - Letter from Bedfordshire County Council Education Committee asking managers to reconsider the proposal given that the number of scholars of 11 years of age and over in Ravensden, Renhold and Wilden is not sufficient to justify the establishment of a Senior School for those parishes. 26 Nov 1929. - Letter from Bedfordshire County Council Education Committee asking for the managers' opinion on the question of reorganisation 9 Jan 1930. - Copy of letter from Bedfordshire County Council Director of Education that agreement has been reached between the Diocese and the Education Committee on the agreed syllabus of religious instruction. 14 Feb 1930.
