    1) Samuel Whitbread of Southill Esq. 2) The Rev. George F.J.G.E. Gwynne, clerk in Holy orders, Vicar, and William Smith, farmer, and Samuel Fuller, butcher, both of Potton, Churchwardens. Lease by 1) to 2) for 60 years from 29 September 1900, of - all that piece of land near Hogg Hill, Potton, with the room and buildings and covered yard (1750 sq. feet) as in plan. PLAN with alterations, 1907, scale 20':1". Annual rent: 2s. 6d. 2) to pay all taxes, keep premises insured against fire, and to keep premises in repair. On trust for premises to be used as a Mission Hall or room for the carrying on of Parish work, to be let at a uniform charge on week days for meetings whether political or of local interest.
