    "Luton Brewery Loan No.2" A list of public houses on which the loan was secured; the list and individual descriptions are headed by the following letter from George Jackson, for Ernest C.Jackson, to Sworder & Longmore of Hertford, solicitors: "Agreeably to your instructions I have inspected the several properties comprised in the Schedule and particular annexed as to Loan No.2 and value of the same at the sum of Ten Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty Pounds…I consider the sum of Eight Thousand Pounds may be advanced on the properties comprised in the above Schedule": The premises are as follows: (a) private house in Windsor Street, Luton in occupation of A.Kirby;
