    Copy Draft Release Parties: (i) Thomas Sworder of Luton; (ii) Caroline Sworder, spinster; (iii) Robert Sworder; (iv) Lucy Sworder, spinster; (v) John Sworder; (vi) George Sworder; (vii) Charles Sworder; (viii) Thomas Sworder; (ix) Elizabeth Sworder of Ware, spinster; (x) Edward Venables Powell; (xi) Mary Sworder, widow; Elizabeth Sworder and William Franklin; (xii) Mary Sworder, spinster; (xiii) Thomas Joseph Sworder of Hertford, solicitor; Edward John Mason Richardson of Standon [Hertfordshire]; Elizabeth Sworder; (xiv) Frances Hannah Sworder, spinster; (xv) Elizabeth Sworder, Mary Sworder and Frances Hannah Sworder; (xvi) William Henry Butler of Wormley [Hertfordshire] and Frances Mary, his wife; (xvii) Sydney Young of 29 Mark Lane, City of London, corn factor and Elizabeth Sworder Reciting: - Robert Sworder of Standon Lodge, Standon [Hertfordshire], farmer and maltster published his will of 1 Jul 1837 constituting his wife, Mary and his sons Robert, John and Thomas and William Gorsuch Times executrix and executors and devised his farm in Little Hadham [Hertfordshire] in occupation of Elizabeth Phillips to them upon trust to pay rents and profits to his son George and Jennett his wife for their joint lives; then to convey the farm to the survivor of them for their life; then to their children as tenants in common or, if no children, for sale and division amongst all his grandchildren; - death of Robert Sworder on 12 Oct 1837 and proof of his will in PCC on 30 Nov 1837; - death of Mary Sworder on 17 Sep 1843; - death of William Gorsuch Times on 23 Jun 1841; - death of Robert Sworder junior on 27 Dec 1846; - death of Thomas Sworder, son of Robert Sworder senior on 20 Mar 1875; - appointment of 17 Aug 1877 between (1) John Sworder; (2) (xvii) in which (1) made (xvii) trustees of will of Robert Sworder senior; - death of George Sworder on 20 Jul 1844 without issue and leaving his wife Jennet surviving him; - Jennet Sworder married a man named Thompson and died on 2 Apr 1879; - Robert Sworder senior had 16 grandchildren living at the death of George Sworder i.e. the eight children of Robert Sworder junior ((i), (ii), (iii), (iv), (v), (vi), (vii), and Mary Ann) as well as seven children of John Sworder ((ix), Annie, John, (xii), Ellen, (xiv) and Francis William) and Frances Mary; - Mary Ann Sworder died intestate on 15 Jan 1860, with letters of administration of 16 Apr 1860 being granted to Thomas Sworder of Luton in PPR; - Annie Sworder married (x) but made no marriage settlement; - letters of administration for Annie Powell were granted to (x) following her death; - John Sworder the grandson was dead having left a will of 13 Aug 1870 appointing his wife Mary, Elizabeth and his cousin William Franklin (i.e. (xi)) as executrices and executor; - Ellen Sworder married George Chambers but no marriage settlement was ever made; - George Chambers was dead and Ellen married Rev.Charles Wigan Harvey on 1 Oct 1874 following a marriage settlement between them enacted the previous day with (xiii) as trustees; - will of Francis William Sworder of 23 Jan 1866 devising and bequeathing his real and personal estate equally between his three sisters (xv) and appointing Elizabeth and Mary executrices; - death of Francis William Sworder on 25 Jan 1866 and proof of his will in PPR on 4 Jun 1866; - Frances Mary Sworder married William Henry Butler on 6 Jun 1866 but no marriage settlement was made; - (xvii) on 5 Apr 1880 sold Bury Green Farm, Little Hadham for £3,186 and paid the proceeds equally between the 16 grandchildren or their representatives as directed by Robert Sworder's will; - accounts of (xvii) had been received and were annexed; - all trusts of the will of Robert Sworder were now fully discharged Operative Part: - (i)-(xvi) released (xvii) from all actions, suits etc.
