entered into dated 29th April 1824, when the hereditaments
were put into trust, and that Ann Oakley died 1850
leaving 8 children, i.e. Thomas, Ann Willis the wife of
William Fairlam Lofts, William Valentine, Charles, Mary,
Susannah, James and Richard Fairlam Oakley (the three
youngest being now under 21)
Sale (not executed) by (i) to (ii) for £150 of his share of his
mother's estate.
