Grant of an Annuity of 10s.: Jos. Bentham "for the loving affection I Beare unto the inhabitants of Wymington" to the minister & churchwardens of Wymington. Given also in memory of the Restoration of Charles II. To be paid out of a yearly rent of £6 issuing from: "A yard land" in Overston als. Overton, Northants, called Eight Yard Land, containing 30 acres of grass & arable land in occ. of Richd. Harborne. To be paid in money or bread to the poor of Wymington; a penalty of 1s. to be paid by Jos. Bentham or his heirs if at any time the 10s. be unpaid. Wit: Jn. Quenby, Thos. Wright, Wm. Brown & Richd. Woodford.
