I have mentioned to Mr.Anstee about the Rising Sun today and he is quite willing to leave the settlement to Mr.Oakley, he had a case referred to him for land required by the Midland and he was quite satisfied. It is Mr John Oakley of the firm of Daniel Smith Son and Oakley. Let me know whether you will leave the matter to him as soon as you have decided.”
