a straight line from the corner of the barn belonging to Robert
Samwell to the house of Guy Rickard, with liberty of access to
a well in other part of the yard (surrendered to Ric.
Samwell, brother of Henry) and obligation to pay half the cost
of the upkeep of the well
to which premises Robert Stevens was admitted tenant at court
held 25/26 May last
to the use of Henry Samwell, by way of security to secure payment
by Henry Samwell to Richard Samwell the sum of 4/- a week for life
ADMISSION OF Henry Samwell to property.
