    Reciting will of Richard Francklin (died 19 May 1843), late of Montague Place, Russell Square, Middx., dated 19 March 1841, by which he left £200 to the Vicar and Churchwardens of Great Barford to apply the interest in keeping in repair his family vault in the Churchyard (opening into the chancel on the North side), and the surplus to be applied in the purchase of bread to be distributed among the poor at Christmas. Will proved in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury by John Francklin, his son and executor, on 22 June 1843 Executor bought £200 reduced 3% bank annuities in the names of the Vicar and Churchwardens, who now stand possessed of the same for the trusts under the above will. Witnesses: John Sellis Ayres, farmer, John Barcock, merchant, both of Great Barford. Signatures: Vicar and Churchwardens
