    Conveyance by 1) to 2) in discharge of trusts and for the better preservation of the said Charity, the original deed of settlement having been lost, of - all those 3a. of arable land and 1a. meadow in Great Barford, as follows: - Five lands (1a.) at Bully Hill in Langley Field :S. great road from Bedford to St. Neots :W. a Land of Ellen Wagstaff's :N. the Land of George Halsey Esq. :E. the Land of William Metcalf Esq. - two lands (1a.) on Buckwell furlong in Mill Field :E and W. land of William Metcalf Esq :N. headland of John Pedley's :S. close of William Metcalf Esq - two lands (3r.) at Roxton Hill :E. land of William Metcalf Esq. :S. Great Mead, part belonging to John Pedley and part to Thomas Spring :W. land of George Halsey :N. the great road aforesaid - land (1r.) in the same furlong :W. land of William Metcalf Esq. :N. road aforesaid :S. land of John Pedley :E. land belonging to the Pound Farm - meadow ground (1r.) lying in Great Mead called the two Kendals, being each 40 feet at one end and 20 feet at the other :E. land of John Pedley :S. river :W.
