Five lands (1a.) at Bully Hill in Langley Field :S. great road from Bedford to St. Neots :W. a Land of Ellen Wagstaff's :N. the Land of George Halsey Esq. :E. the Land of William Metcalf Esq.
- two lands (1a.) on Buckwell furlong in Mill Field :E and W. land of William Metcalf Esq :N. headland of John Pedley's :S. close of William Metcalf Esq
- two lands (3r.) at Roxton Hill :E. land of William Metcalf Esq. :S. Great Mead, part belonging to John Pedley and part to Thomas Spring :W. land of George Halsey :N. the great road aforesaid
- land (1r.) in the same furlong :W. land of William Metcalf Esq. :N. road aforesaid :S. land of John Pedley :E. land belonging to the Pound Farm
