Horwood standing across the bottom of the farm yard at the corner
of the stable there, which are now in occupation of (ii)
all of which were devised to W.S. Horwood by the last will of his late
father Gabriel Horwood deced. and by him purchased of Edward Pratt and
George Pratt by indenture dated 2/3 December 1760 (reserving right
of way to own farmyard). To share use of well, and cost of repairs.
