Reciting that Philip Billington had an estate in Bletchley which had once been his father's, Thomas Billington, and that he published his will dated 9th December 1788 by which he gave to his wife Catherine for life all leasedhold estates in Bletchley, and one undivided 4th part of the other estate, the remaining 3 parts being held to use of his daughters to- gether with the reversion of the wife's share, and in a codicil he made (ia) and (ib) trustees of the share of his daughter Kitty, and Reciting that the freehold property has been sold for £1373. 6s. 0d, and Kitty's share, after expences have been paid, is £389. 9s. which has bought £650 3% Bank Annuities, and that Kitty Travell has one child, William Billington Travell aged 7 years DECLARATION OF TRUSTS.
