My nephew has taken them to Luton with him today so I hope in a few days to make some arrangement with you. I have got the property in the manor of Stocking Pelham enfranchised since I saw you so the draft will want altering on that acct & I will deliver to you the Enfranchisement Deed. I will shew my Ledgers to prove the rents & I have recd for years but it is useless to attempt to so run the Different properties - it wd take sevl days. I must see my nephew & make some apptmt either for me to meet you at Luton or Dunstable or for you to come here but I think I had better meet you at Dunstable or Luton as I want to go to Luton. There is no provision in the mtge that we were to be at liberty to pay off any sum at any time not less than £2,000 by selling part of the Property".
