    p.. £300 of which he has power of disposal under marriage settlement with Mary his first wife, to be divided equally among his five ch. Mary, Anne, Rich., Eliz., and Alice when reach 21. If any die before 21 then their share to go to eldest son Jn. .. to bros. in law, Wm. Cleaver, clk., and Jn. Newcome, draper .... all his property in Bozeat .... perpetual advowson of Wymington .... all his money at interest etc. and personal estate to be held in trust for sale. The proceeds to be divided among the above five children, at 21 (the girls). Rich. to be apprenticed. .. to sd. son Jn. .... his study of books and also £20 .. to w. Anne .... £20 Wm. Cleaver and Jn. Newcome app. execs. and given 1 guinea for their trouble Wits. Ash. Toll Thos. Foulkes Wm. Douglas 23 Feb. 1750 With codicil .. to eldest dau Mary .... £20 from St. Michael 1745 'which £20 was given her by my friend and Relation Mr. Thomas Scriven, late of Wimmington..' 2 May 1752 With deposition of Ash. Toll and Thos. Foulkes as to the words 'twenty pounds' given to son, Jn. and interlined in the will to be truely in the handwriting of the testator 14 June 1753 With deposition of the executors as to the obliteration of the word 'fifty' and interlination of the word 'twenty' in the legacy to son Jn. that it was made by the deceased himself 14 June 1753 Will proved (PCC) 25 Aug. 1753
