Reciting that on the day of the presents (i) has surrendered
a cottage in Leck End, Leighton Buzzard, late in the occupation of
William Prentice and now of himself, held of manor of Leighton Buzzard
by way of mortgage to secure £200, at the same time agreeing
that the property in the first surrender should also be
charged with the payment of the £200
COVENANT by (i) to hold both properties chargeable.
