... mill house and maltkiln now in tenure Benj. Hopkins commencing
from the second main post from the Buttery window now of Thos.
Yirrell straight along and under the cross beam of the said
mill house with the maltmill
... cistern adjoining the brewhouse with the malting or malthouse and
hogsty at the end, and part of the dung hole
the whole extending to the Kiln Hole and Kiln to the end of the
tiles, to a thatched stable straight across the said dung hole and
even with the corner of the said hogsty and malthouse.
... small slip of Garden ground between the maltkiln and malthouse
and easement at the end.
