I received your Letter at Trinder's for which I was obliged. Mr.Trinder was engaged at Westminster. Mr.Eyre said that he thought their client would require 5 per cent on house property, but if I wished it, he would submit the particulars to him to decide whether he would lend the money at 4 per cent or not. I saw Yorke in London he told me that you have not been well, I have been under the doctor's hands the last few days with my old complaint. Mr.& Mrs.Medland Jr are over here today making their return visits. I rather expect Mr.& Mrs.Phillips over to meet them at dinner at 5 o'clock".
