We are to send him in a dray of beer tomorrow for the first time. He brewed his own beer until the year malt was so dear that he could not brew longer. I have agreed to take some few brewery utensils of him. I have also sent copy I're received this morning from Chatfield & Co. I hardly know how to act without it is to pay the quit rents & leave him to his remedy. We expect Chesshyre over to dinner today, he wants us to insure our lives".
