(ii) William Wiffin of Biddenham, yeoman (eldest brother of James Wiffin, deceased)
Reciting:
- since James Wiffin's death "divers disputes and controversies in law" had arisen and were still outstanding between (i) and (ii) concerning the devise of (a); this release being designed for "the final ending, quieting and determining whereof and for preventing all future differences between the said parties and to the end perpetual friendship and harmony may be established and preferred amongst them agreeable to the relation they stand to each other"

(d) cottage with 3 rood orchard adjoining in Goldington formerly in occupation of Thomas Paine; ground of John Haselden of London E; cottage formerly in occupation of William Richardson W; common street N; common field S;
(e) close of pasture of 1½ acres in Green Ditch Field, Goldington, formerly in occupation of James Wiffin the executor;
(f) selion of arable of half an acre in Wood Close, Goldington, with land of Goldington Bury W and James Haselden E;
(g) selion of arable of half an acre in Windmill Field, Goldington, behind Small Croft with Bury land one side and land of Mrs.Risely the other;
(h) selion of arable of half an acre in River Field, Crosspiece, Goldington with land of James Haselden on one side
(d)-(h) formerly in occupation of James Wiffin the executor and purchased by James Wiffin deceased from Francis Brace and George Beck
