i) demises to ii) for residue of term of 999 years
- part of messuage or cottage [as in P22/6/3] at E end called the highe hewse, two bays and a leanto at N end and ground belonging at S end, and all ground belonging on E end, and ground belonging at N End next to Mistress Mary Beverley's Close, and also the ground close to i)'s dwelling house to set up a sufficient wall or fence as they are marked and lined forth
i) also grants to ii) free passage upon his ground from street to said premises
ii) will set up a stile next the street at his own cost and will maintain it during residue of the term
i) grants access to ii) to pond between his premises and Jn Stratton's, during residue of term
ii) to maintain ½ of i)'s rails belonging to said pond during said term
