- before Samuel Luke, steward;
- presentment of death of Thomas Bumberry of Potton, turner who held, at yearly rent of 4d, a messuage in Potton on west of Mill Lane;
- presenting surrender of premises by Thomas Bumberry to use of his will;
- presenting will of Thomas Bumberry devising the premises to his nephew Edmund Bumberry;
- admission of Edmund Bumberry, an infant under 21 (i.e. 16) and grant of custody to his father John until he reached the age of 21
