Walker 2 lands or half acres of arable in Grovebury Field with a hedgerow on them, the Greenway from Groveway to Eggington Cross on SE, and the Unicorn lands on N.E., conveyed to John Norman 5th July 1805 by A. Clarke butt or rood of arable land in Grovebury Field nr. Pittnam Furlong purchased 19/20 July 1810 from John Owen Stubbe (BO 289-90)
