i) William Norman, Leighton Buzzard, victualler (grandson and devisee in fee named in the last will of John Norman late of Leighton Buzzard, maltster and victualler deced.), and Kittey his wife ii) Thomas Kent, Leighton Buzzard, ironmonger Reciting a conveyance to uses by (i) to (ii) of 22/23 May 1827 Declaration of uses, on: 2 lands or half acres of arable in Grovebury Field in Pittnam furlong conveyed to Jn. Norman 7 Oct 1799 by Sam. Hopkins & E. Walker 2 lands or half acres of arable in Grovebury Field with a hedgerow on them, the Greenway from Groveway to Eggington Cross on SE, and the Unicorn lands on N.E., conveyed to John Norman 5th July 1805 by A. Clarke butt or rood of arable land in Grovebury Field nr. Pittnam Furlong purchased 19/20 July 1810 from John Owen Stubbe (BO 289-90)
