i) demises to ii) for the purpose of providing allotments under the provision of the Small Holdings and Allotments Act, 1908 - piece of land in Steppingley (16 acres 2 rods 1 pole) as shown on plan attached
Except timber trees, minerals and shooting rights
Term - 1 year from 29 September 1918 and so on from year to year subject to 12 months notice in writing
Rent - £19 17s yearly payable quarterly
Various covenants including erection of all necessary internal fences for letting said land in allotments. No buildings to be erected or fruit trees or bushes or market garden crips to be planted which continue productive for 2 or more years
Any dispute to be referred to arbitration
