Reserving to landlord all timber trees, minerals including gravel, and game rights. Also right of entry onto land at all reasonable times to view the state and condition thereof Term - year to year from 29 September 1947, determinable by 3 months notice Rent - £6 by 2 equal half yearly instalments Various covenants including one to use the land as a Recreation Ground.
