Result of appeal against removal order dated 29 July 1825 for Sarah Line, widow, and her four children: Thomas aged twenty years, John, 14 years, Ann 10 years and Sophia 7 years from Ampthill to Saint George Hanover Square, Middlesex. 'It is ordered that the order of removal be quashed but as to the said four children for want of form only in not setting forth an express adjudication that they had gained no settlement for themselves And it is further ordered that the respondents [Ampthill] do pay to the appellants [St George Hanover Square] the sum of seven pounds fourteen shillings for the maintenance of the said paupers.'
