a) Copy of notice of Vestry meeting to be held on 18th July 1845, affixed to Church door 6-13 July. 1845 b) Vestry minute concerning a loan of £400 from the Public Works Loan Commissioners towards the rebuilding of the Church, signed by the Rev.P.M.Stedman, curate, the Churchwardens and Overseers, and 11 parishioners 18 July 1845 c) Copy consent of Bishop and Incumbent, and duplicate of application to the Public Works Loan Office. 18 July 1845 d) Contract of Joseph Neal of Pulloxhill, carpenter, for rebuilding the nave and tower according to the specifications and drawings provided by Mr. James Tacy Wing of Bedford, architect, for £920. 19 July 1845 e) Notice regarding grant from the Incorporated Society on the condition that all seats shown on a plan in the Vestry should be free 1846 f) Second copy of notice re Incorporated Society grant. 11 May 1846 g) Note on agreement between the Incumbent and Mr.Carr of Greenfield concerning boundary fence and hedge of holly quicks in the Churchyard. 4 November 1854
