Information of PC Thomas Woods stationed at Blunham. On information received he went to a straw stack in a field at Morhanger, the property of John Triplow where he found John Charles Norman, a Tramp, sleeping. Once woken up Norman said he would be staying there because he didn't want to tramp the roads. PC Woods said he would be charging him and Norman used bad language. When he was searched he had a knife, pipe , matches and 1 half penny.
