- to loveing daughter Ann Foster, all that my messuage, cottage or tenement, orchard and close in Biggleswade in occ. of William Brinkley and the widow Heath
- to daughter Mary Foster, £30 to be paid within two years next after testator's decease, and to maintain her till then with meat, drink, washing and lodging
- to son Thomas, three horses and cart, and materials belonging to the poultry trade.
- to son Christopher Foster, 20s. to be paid within 2 years after testator's decease
- residue to daughter Ann Foster, who is to be sole executrix
